Welcome to the next generation of exotic PCs.

PC gaming sure as came a long way in just a few short years. It seems like it was just a couple years ago that having a machine with raid, an Nvidia graphics card and 2 gigs of ram was all it took make a sweet gaming PC. Not any more, now you’ve got to have 3 Nvidia graphics cards, Raid 0 and 8 gigs of ram just to be a player in the high end gaming world. Of course that’s just to get started. You also need water cooling, a super slick monster case and it had better look good to. CPU magazine just published a review of several of the top players in this field of exotic super high end PCs and there was one that I believe stood out from the rest. The Smooth Creations Neptune. This has got to be one of the best looking computers I’ve ever seen. It is incased in a clear hand air brushed case with stunning graphics and a spectacularly lit up water cooled interior. If this thing was setting on my desk I’m afraid I wouldn’t get much gaming done. I’d spend my time looking at my PC rather than using it.
