I purchased this item from Amazon a couple of months ago. So far I am very pleased with it. Usually I have a difficult time hearing calls on headsets because the speaker volume is to low. I don’t have that problem with this headset. I use it a lot while driving my Semi truck and people on the other end say they can hear me just fine. There is a great deal of background noise in my truck which has been a major problem with other headsets but not with the Plantronics Voyager 510.
